Each PSMR is built off-site to allow for installation in a fraction of the time, compared to traditionally built buildings. The modular design allows quick and easy re-design and change, ensuring adaptability and future-proofing. The range can easily be lengthened or shortened, reconfigured or have a second and third storey added (e.g. further ranges on other floors, also enhancing urban training options). If needed, ranges can be disassembled and moved elsewhere.

The modular sections can be either 12m, 15m or 24m wide, equating to 8, 10 or 16 lanes, with excellent sustainability credentials to minimise utility costs.

The air-filtration system recycles warm air, creating space for a sustainable element (PV) to be embedded on the roof, as well as the use of air and ground sourced heat pumps.

The Range offers movable ballistic walls in the bed, to provide a dry or live solution, and can be made using multiple modules.

In addition to the offering of adjustable light levels, smoke, temperature and noise can be introduced by additional environmental effects systems.

The ballistic rubber blocks that capture the rounds can be replaced individually when required, as the targetry system identifies the location of every round and predicts when replacements are required.

Targets can move to enable cross-lane firing, therefore providing multiple individual and team CQB options. The system records the strike of every round, allowing instant digital feedback and full capture of a shooting record.

BeaverFit Range Lockers enable next level training for close and medium distance marksmanship. Developed around the “train as you fight” concept, this unique solution includes human performance equipment to create a high heart rate training environment. With manual breaching doors, users can fire from behind barricades, on high-angle pitchable roof platforms, or on removable unstable shooting platforms. The integrated barricade receivers accept standard size plywood sheets, enabling easy and effective change-outs of barricade and aperture designs when needed.
