BEAVERFIT LIMITED: CARBON REDUCTION PLAN

Effective 05.01.2025

Reviewed 08.01.2026

Commitment

BeaverFit is committed to reducing the environmental impact of its operations and improving sustainability across the business. The company recognises the importance of managing and reducing greenhouse gas emissions as part of its ongoing operational and environmental responsibilities.

Base Year

BeaverFit has established 2025 as its baseline year for carbon emissions reporting and will review emissions data annually to monitor progress and identify opportunities for improvement.

Scope 1 Direct Emission

BeaverFit has established 2025 as its baseline year for carbon emissions reporting.

Scope 1 emissions relate to fuel consumption from company-owned vehicles used during business operations. Fuel usage is monitored through company fuel card records for diesel and petrol consumption and converted into tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent (tCO₂e) using UK Government greenhouse gas conversion factors for company reporting.

During the 2025 reporting period, BeaverFit recorded fuel consumption of 2,942.01 litres of diesel and 259.79 litres of petrol, resulting in total Scope 1 emissions of approximately 7.96 tCO₂e.

As part of the organisation’s ongoing carbon reduction strategy, BeaverFit introduced an electric vehicle salary sacrifice scheme in 2026 and commenced the transition towards lower-emission transport solutions across the business. The company will continue to monitor fuel consumption annually and identify opportunities to further reduce operational transport emissions through the increased use of lower-emission and electric vehicles.

Scope 2 Emission – Purchased Electricity

Scope 2 emissions have been calculated using purchased electricity consumption data for the reporting period in accordance with the GHG Protocol Corporate Standard and UK Government greenhouse gas conversion factors for company reporting.

During the 2025 reporting period, BeaverFit imported 41.3 MWh of electricity from the National Grid to support operational activities across its facilities. In addition, the organisation generated 13.4 MWh of renewable electricity through onsite solar photovoltaic (PV) generation.

All renewable electricity generated onsite was self-consumed within business operations, reducing reliance on grid-supplied electricity and supporting the reduction of operational carbon emissions.

The organisation continues to invest in measures aimed at improving energy efficiency and reducing operational emissions. These measures include the continued use of onsite renewable energy generation, ongoing monitoring of electricity consumption, and the review of opportunities to improve operational efficiency across office, manufacturing and workshop environments.

Scope 2 emissions were calculated using the imported grid electricity consumption figure of

41.3 MWh (41,300 kWh). Using the applicable UK Government conversion factor for purchased electricity, the calculated Scope 2 emissions for the reporting year were approximately 7.97 tCO₂e.

Scope 3 Indirect Emissions

Scope 3 emissions have been assessed in relation to indirect transport-related emissions associated with employee business travel and commuting activities.

During the 2025 reporting period, two employees operated diesel vehicles for business-related travel, covering a combined total of 15,277 miles. Using the applicable UK Government greenhouse gas conversion factor for an average diesel vehicle, the estimated emissions associated with this travel activity were approximately 4.26 tCO₂e.

As part of BeaverFit’s ongoing carbon reduction strategy, both employees transitioned to

electric vehicles during 2026 through the company’s electric vehicle salary sacrifice scheme. This initiative forms part of the organisation’s wider commitment to reducing indirect transport-related emissions and supporting the transition towards lower-emission travel across the business.

BeaverFit will continue to monitor and develop its Scope 3 reporting processes and identify further opportunities to reduce indirect greenhouse gas emissions associated with operational activities.

Short Term Measures (2025-2029)

In the short term, BeaverFit will establish 2025 as its baseline year for carbon emissions reporting and continue monitoring diesel and petrol usage through company fuel card records. The business has introduced an electric vehicle salary sacrifice scheme and commenced the transition of the sales team towards electric vehicles to support the reduction of operational transport emissions. BeaverFit will also continue monitoring electricity consumption across its operations and maximise the use of onsite solar panel generation where practical.

Medium Term Measures (2030-2040)

In the medium term, BeaverFit aims to reduce fuel consumption and operational emissions through the gradual transition of company-owned vans and operational vehicles towards electric alternatives where practical. The company will continue improving operational energy efficiency, maximise the use of onsite solar power generation, and begin monitoring

waste generation and disposal processes to support improved environmental reporting and sustainability practices. BeaverFit will also continue developing its carbon reporting processes to support the ongoing reduction of greenhouse gas emissions across the business.

Long Term Measures (2040-2025)

In the long term, BeaverFit is committed to continuously reducing greenhouse gas emissions across its operations and improving overall environmental performance. The company will continue reviewing opportunities to expand the use of electric and lower-emission transport solutions, improve operational sustainability, and strengthen carbon reporting processes.

BeaverFit will review and update its carbon reduction objectives annually as part of its ongoing commitment to reducing environmental impact and supporting sustainable business operations.

Monitoring and Reporting

BeaverFit is committed to monitoring and reviewing its carbon reduction objectives and environmental performance on an ongoing basis. Responsibility for the implementation and review of this Carbon Reduction Policy sits with company management, who will oversee the collection and monitoring of relevant operational data, including fuel usage, electricity consumption and other applicable environmental impacts.

The organisation will review this policy annually and continue to develop its carbon reporting processes in line with business operations, practical improvement opportunities and applicable reporting requirements. BeaverFit remains committed to reducing greenhouse gas emissions where reasonably practicable and promoting environmentally responsible practices across the business.
