The British Army in Catterick wanted to create an updated urban training facility as part of the Whinny Hill training area.
BeaverFit designed, manufactured and installed a large-scale, hyper-realistic urban training village for a defence training estate – operated by Landmarc Support Services.
This concept offers urban exercises and activities, and simulative training that enables the users and operators to train in true-to-life and situational environments.
The solution features multi-storey buildings, an urban training tower with a simulated lift shaft and air-delivery platform, method of entry doors and windows, and reconfigurable rooms and doors.
