Supply Chain Due Diligence

• BeaverFit Ltd undertakes vetting of suppliers prior to entering contractual arrangements.
• As part of this process, suppliers are required to provide evidence of their own modern slavery and human rights policies.
• By maintaining strong relationships and active engagement with suppliers, BeaverFit Ltd seeks early visibility of potential risks and issues within the supply chain.

Slavery and Human Trafficking Risk Assessment and Management

BeaverFit Ltd recognises that the risk of modern slavery and human trafficking may be greater in parts of the supply chain where labour-intensive activities, subcontracted labour, temporary or migrant labour, complex supply arrangements, or sourcing from higher-risk countries or sectors are involved.

BeaverFit Ltd assesses and manages these risks through proportionate due diligence. This includes supplier vetting before contractual arrangements are entered into, reviewing suppliers’ modern slavery and human rights policies, considering relevant geographical, sector and labour risks, maintaining active engagement with suppliers, and escalating concerns where indicators of modern slavery or human trafficking are identified.

Where a material concern is identified, BeaverFit Ltd will seek appropriate corrective action and may require further information, enhanced due diligence, remediation measures or, where necessary, reconsideration or termination of the relevant business relationship.

Measuring Effectiveness and Performance

BeaverFit Ltd will monitor the effectiveness of the measures it takes to prevent slavery and human trafficking within its business and supply chains. Appropriate performance indicators may include:

• The proportion of relevant suppliers subject to modern slavery and human rights due diligence.
• The proportion of relevant suppliers providing acceptable modern slavery or human rights policies or equivalent evidence.
• The number and nature of modern slavery or human trafficking concerns raised, investigated and resolved.
• Completion of relevant staff training and awareness activities.
• Corrective actions arising from supplier reviews, risk assessments or reported concerns, and the timely completion of those actions.

These indicators will be reviewed periodically and may be developed as BeaverFit Ltd’s risk assessment and due diligence processes mature.

Training and Capacity Building

BeaverFit Ltd will provide appropriate modern slavery and human trafficking awareness, training and capacity building to staff whose roles may encounter or influence relevant risks, including employees involved in procurement, supply chain management, recruitment, people management and operational oversight.

Training and guidance will be proportionate to employees’ responsibilities and will support staff in understanding the indicators of modern slavery and human trafficking, recognising higher-risk situations, applying BeaverFit Ltd’s due diligence requirements, and reporting concerns through the appropriate channels. Refresher training and additional guidance will be provided where appropriate.

Reporting Concerns

Employees and stakeholders are encouraged to report any concerns relating to human rights or modern slavery without fear of retaliation. Reports will be treated seriously, confidentially where possible, and investigated appropriately.

Review and Governance

This policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure it remains appropriate, effective, and aligned with legal and ethical standards. As part of the review, BeaverFit Ltd will consider changes in its organisational structure, business activities and supply chains; emerging slavery and human trafficking risks; the effectiveness of due diligence and risk controls; relevant performance indicators; and the adequacy of staff training and capacity building.
