Hereford Sixth Form College wanted to cater to the diverse fitness needs of their students, creating an outdoor gym space that enhances student wellness, targeting strength and cardio, and creating a sense of community through group training sessions.
The sixth form’s new outdoor set-up with the 10′ container gym will bring numerous benefits to their students and staff, with the help of Ben Parfitt, their Physical Well-Being Manager.
Creating a community across their 5 academies allows the students to elevate their performance through teamwork and motivation; diving into diverse workouts tailored to their specific needs.
