Recovery and rehabilitation are of paramount importance within the military, as they play a crucial role in maintaining health, well-being, and operational readiness. The physical demands and high-stress environments that soldiers often face can result in injuries, fatigue, and mental strain. According to the Ministry of Defence’s annual health and safety report, as much as “61% of injuries occur in the troops’ training”, and if a serious enough injury, you may not be able to effectively serve during your contract, the military may choose to medically separate you instead.
